We’ve become an official Proxmox Authorized Reseller. In addition to selling Proxmox VE, Backup Server, Mail Gateway and the new Datacenter Manager subscriptions, we offer what we’re really good at – consulting, architecture design, implementation and long-term support of the entire solution. If you’re considering a migration from VMware or building a new virtualization platform, we have dozens of real-world deployments behind us and we know where the pitfalls are.

Proxmox Backup Server (PBS)

An enterprise backup solution for virtual machines, containers and physical hosts. Incremental deduplicated backups, web-based GUI, remote sync between multiple sites and ransomware protection. It integrates natively with Proxmox VE – restoring an entire VM or a single file is a matter of a few clicks.

Proxmox Backup Server subscription (per year, per server, VAT excluded):

Proxmox Mail Gateway (PMG)

Open-source mail security gateway – antispam, antivirus, quarantine, ransomware protection. It sits in front of your mail server (Exchange, Postfix, Zimbra) and protects it. Object-oriented rule engine, web GUI for both administrators and end users (releasing their own quarantine).

Proxmox Datacenter Manager (PDM)

A new product in the portfolio – a centralized management layer for distributed Proxmox environments. A single GUI on top of multiple PVE clusters and PBS instances across sites. It’s a fit for larger deployments where you run virtualization in multiple datacenters and want a unified overview. Datacenter Manager reached production version 1.0 in late 2025 and is available in both Community and Enterprise repositories.

Pricing example: 10 hypervisors + Datacenter Manager + Backup Server

Sample environment: 10 physical Proxmox VE servers (each with 2 CPU sockets), centralized management via Proxmox Datacenter Manager and one Proxmox Backup Server. Datacenter Manager is included with the subscription – it has no separate license fee, and once your PVE and PBS nodes are under an active Basic (or higher) subscription, you get its Enterprise repository for free. Below is a comparison for the Basic, Standard and Premium tiers.

Prices exclude VAT. Datacenter Manager has no separate subscription – you get its Enterprise repository automatically as long as at least 80% of the managed nodes have an active Basic (or higher) subscription. We can guarantee a fixed 10% discount off the list prices right now and it applies to all tiers across PVE, PBS and PMG. For larger deployments it also makes sense to ask Proxmox directly for an individual discount – we can’t promise that upfront, but we’ll help you with it.
